Today there are many grow taller products available online and sometimes it’s really hard to know which one is good and which one is just a scam.
If you will see any websites promoting any of the products below to help you grow taller the best thing for you is to RUN!

Machines – One of the most expensive grow taller products scams is equipment claiming to help increase your height. Some of these machines come in the form of foot massage contraptions attached to large gadgets, which simply don’t work. You should beware of any growth machine because it’s going to be very expensive and frankly, these machines will not help you growing taller.

Creams – All the creams sold to help you grow taller are a big “grow taller products” scam.
Think about that and ask yourself: how can a body cream do anything except create softer looking skin?”
A cream definitely won’t make you grow taller because your bone density would need to be penetrated. You’ll also notice that many of topical treatments don’t actually tell you how the product works. Don’t make your purchase solely by faith.

Hypnosis – Another popular method claimed to be able to make you taller is hypnosis. If you’re not familiar with hypnosis, the process suggests your mind is so powerful it can provoke growth of the body. You should know, although hypnosis can work wonders to inhibit your psychological abilities, the process has not been proven to beneficial in inducing the development of your height.

Herbs, pills, and supplements – Another grow taller products that won’t work for you are all these herbs and pills.
I can tell you that there’s absolutely no herb, pill, supplement or any other magic potions that’ll make you grow taller. It’s jut not medically possible.

Shoe insoles – Another popular grow taller products are all the shoe insoles made by incorporating a Chinese medical tradition of reflexology applies pressure to certain points on the feet to induce growth. To conclude, there are no medical findings to actually back claims you will become taller by wearing a pair of shoes all day. Shoes with heels will give you the illusion you look taller and it’s nice, but other than that, shoes can’t stimulate growth. The only reports received by people who’ve used shoe insoles is they’re painful to walk in but no success has been reported in regard to growth.

I hope that you won’t waste your money on these useless grow taller products.
