Spine lengthening exercises are great exercises to get taller.
These exercises to get taller are useful because they will help your spine to develop properly which also means that you are increasing your height by straightening your spine.
Here you will find 6 stretches that can be great for an every day routine.
Each stretch from these exercises to get taller should be performed for 10 repetitions before moving on to the next stretch.

Exercises to get taller – stretch number 1: The Cobra
Lie on the floor face down with palms on the floor under your shoulders. Begin to arch your spine
up leading with your chin. Arch as far back as possible. Each repetition should last between 15-
30 seconds.

Exercises to get taller – stretch number 2: The Cat Stretch
Get on your hands and knees with your arms locked out. Inhale as you flex your spine down and
bring your head up. Exhale as you bring your spine up into an arched position while bringing
your head down. Each repetition should last between 3-8 seconds.
The cat stretch is one of the best exercises to get taller.

Exercises to get taller – stretch number 3: Basic Leg Stretch
Sitting down, spread your legs far apart. Reach for your toes. Try to keep your knees as straight
as you can. Now move into reaching for the toes on the other leg. Be sure to keep your spine
straight and move from your hips. Do not arch the upper spine. This stretch works both your
spine and legs. Each repetition should last between 8-15 seconds.

Exercises to get taller – stretch number 4: The Bow Down
Stand with your hands on your hips. Keep your hands on your hips and bend forward as far as
you can, leading with your head. Don’t bend your knees and keep your chin off of your chest.
Each repetition should last between 4-8 seconds.

Exercises to get taller – stretch number 5: The Super Stretch
Standing up, reach your hands up as high as you can as you lean slightly back. You should feel the stretch in your lower spine. The Super Stretch can be done standing up or lying down. Because this
stretch is easy and comfortable, we encourage you to do this not only as part of a program but
also at odd times like when you are watching TV or lying in bed. Each repetition should last
between 4-7 seconds. This is one of the best exercises to get taller.

Exercises to get taller – stretch number 6: One Straight Leg Up
Lying on your stomach with your hands behind your neck, raise one of your legs as high and as
far up as you can. Now repeat with the other leg. Keep your legs straight. Each repetition should
last between 3-5 seconds.

These exercises to get taller can really be a very good way for you to grow taller. However, you should also remember that exercise should be done properly and the right kind of exercise should be done in order to achieve the effect that you desire.

    5 inches is not so easy but I believe that 2-3 is possible at your age.

    Hi I would like to know if this work for girl as well? Because I heard that after you get your period you will stop growing and I having grow for long time and I am almost 5 foot (I’m 14) and I’m scared to be short please tell me if this will work for me thanks

    Hi, For all of those girls,boys Any gender, You can grow at any age After your period, You just have to Plan Your own Routine With excersises On the top of the page All those exercises are very useful.You must do them properly take about 30 minutes to yourself to do these exercises.It’s not that hard.If you do them right you will gain inches guaranteed! Make your own routine, Put some of these exercises in them take 30 minutes of your day and do them.That Will make you gain a few inches or more! Have a nice day.

    Hi there..
    I just turned 20 last october.
    I stand 5’7 of height.
    Can I gain 3 inches of additional height by way of these exercises mentioned above ?
