Too many times I see people that want to grow taller fast and the first thing they do is to buy those “magical peels” that are offered all over the place. Well, I have bad new: these pills just don’t work. Why not? Well because the only scientific way the body grows is through the release of our natural height increasing hormone, called human growth hormone or HGH for short.

Instead of using these useless pills to grow taller, which don’t work anyway, why not enhance your body’s natural ability to grow?
Here are easy tips that will help you to increase your height naturally:

1)Stretching

The stretching exercises can help you to increase your height. There are different phases to be undergone in this.
The first one involves the Toning and Muscular development of the muscles in the back.
The second phase involves decompression and straightening. The third phase involves the thickening and gradual regeneration of spinal disc.

About three inches of growth can be promised by implementing stretching exercises. When muscles grow by performing the stretching kind of compatible yoga exercises, the spinal cord also lengthens with spinal decompression. After a definite period of time, the cartilage muscles in the legs, arms and the spine will thicken and adapt to growth. 2) Dressing

3)Eating right

Eating right is another one of the important ways to increase your height. As we discussed earlier, HGH is made from amino acids. Amino acids are derived from protein which you must supply your body in order to boost your HGH levels.

You need to have protein in good proportions if you expect to grow. However, protein alone will not make you get taller. Fats, Carbohydrates, Vitamins, and Minerals are all apart of good nutrition. Each of these items, in the right amounts, will compliment each other to help release more HGH and build a taller, stronger you.

Furthermore, you must monitor when you eat. If you eat too much food too late in the day, it will keep your body focused on digestion all night instead of releasing HGH.

4.Smoking is bad

smokers sleep less, don’t get the right diet and smoking blocks the ability of hormones in your body to stimulate gone growth. If you smoke now, quit – if you don’t, never start. Smoking is one of the most preventable causes of serious disease, and as your gym teacher told you, it stunts your growth.
